Incorrect Item Shipped: If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

3. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or issue refunds if you change your mind about a product. Please ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase before confirming your order.

4. Refunds for Damaged/Defective Items
In the case of a damaged or defective product, we will issue a replacement or store credit after we have assessed your claim. Refunds to the original payment method are generally not available except in exceptional cases.

5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if the product is damaged or defective. In the event of a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping costs for the return of the item and replacement.
